Returns

PAINTING RETURNS: 

Returns are excepted up to two weeks after purchase. The Purchaser must contact me first to let me know the item is being returned.  Full refund will be given on return of item providing there is no damage and the item is returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent. It must be returned packed in the exactly same way as it was sent. It must be sent special delivery or a similar tracked and signed for service. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping costs will not be refunded by the the seller under any circumstances.

PRINTS and CARDS:

Payment

payment is only excepted via the website shop or bank transfer. Cheques are not excepted and products will not ship before payment is received in full. 

Shipping

I only send products via trusted shipping companies.

Although I do my best to get your new painting to you as quickly as possible shipping times can vary so if you really need quick shipping please message me to discuss.

Your information will never be shared with third parties. Other than your name and shipping address with the shipping company.
